Why Tiger Woods & Lindsey Vonn Make It Known That They Are Dating

After staying quiet for months about a rumored romance, Tiger Woods, 37, and skier Lindsey Vonn, 28, have confirmed via social media their relationship and posted professional photos of themselves together. This is to say that they think they look good together and are a good match. Tiger is in a good place, now that he’s back to winning championships and is getting along with his ex-wife, he now obviously considers Lindsey a wifeytype and takes their relationship very seriously. More importantly, the couple will likely soon marry and sometime after Vonn competes in the winter Olympics will likely settle down and have at least one child together. The curiosity of what kind of child a power athletic duo would create is too great.

In the statement that Vonn released, she said, “I guess it wasn’t a well-kept secret but yes, I am dating Tiger Woods. Our relationship evolved from a friendship into something more over these past few months and it has made me very happy… I don’t plan on addressing this further as I would like to keep that part of my life between us, my family and close friends.”

While Woods writes that,”Something nice that’s happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating. We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes.”

Why Taylor Swift Is Speaking Out On Coverage Of Her Love Life

After being linked to Harry Styles, Conor Kennedy, Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas and John Mayer over the past few years and having Tina Fey making fun of her love life at the Golden Globes, Taylor Swift took to Vanity Fair to deny that she’s “boy crazy.” The country-pop singer finds the label sexist and ridiuculous but was quick to point out that “since 2010 I have dated exactly two people … the fact that there are slideshows of a dozen guys … it’s just kind of ridiculous … For a female to write about her feelings, and then be portrayed as some clingy, insane, desperate girlfriend in need of making you marry her and have kids with her… that’s taking it and turning it and twisting it into something that is frankly a little sexist.”

More telling is that she’s looking forward to meeting her “great love,” meaning that her many muses aside, she wants to be seen as a wifeytype, and cares about her perceived reputation to the point that she’s taking to VF to tackle it. However with prominent comedians like Tina Fey publicly poking fun of her love life, Swift, 23, has created for herself an uphill battle.

Why Janet Jackson Secret Marriage Has Nothing To Do With Privacy

Janet Jackson, 46, recently announced that she secretly married Qatari tycoon Wissam Al Mana, 37, last year. The rumor that they were planning a celebrated $20 million marriage didn’t make much sense. Like her two previous marriages, this marriage was done in a cloak of secrecy, not because of a need for privacy, but because her first marriage to James DeBarge while pregnant at age 18 makes it difficult to celebrate a third marriage. Especially when there’s a persistent rumor of secret child that Janet Jackson continues to deny. Her second marriage to dancer Rene Elizondo Jr. in 1991 didn’t surface until they separated 8 years later. She’s good at getting married because she has many traits of a wifeytype, but it would be arguable to call Janet a certified wifeytype and that’s the main reason why she gets married in secrecy. We are not ones to judge, this is just an observation, we wish her happiness.

Why Honey Cocaine Shouldn’t Be Blamed For Freddy E’s Death

Honey Cocaine, 22, a Canadian rapper took to twitter to dispel rumors that her fellow rapper and alleged ex-boyfriend Freddy E, 22, killed himself over her. Before he committed suicide, Freddy E complained on Twitter that he was heartbroken and that “If there’s a God then He’s calling me back home. This barrel never felt so good next to my dome. It’s cold & I’d rather die than live alone.” Honey Cocaine took to Twitter to address his death. “To say I caused what happened is ignorance… You know nothing about our friendship or the story, hate me if you feel.. We loved eachother.. We were homies. We had a bond and a connection. For people to attack me acting like I made him do it is a shame. I said some foolish things cause I thought he was joking, he does s— like that to me all the time. This is crazy..” Her response reminds me of Veronica Lighty’s statement after Chris Lighty killed himself. However, the Lightys were adults, someone should have told Freddy E that at 22, puppy love is nothing to kill yourself over and if someone doesn’t want to be with you, move on to someone else, his choice should never have been Honey Cocaine or death and it’s sad that some people blame her for that.
