Jay-Z comes out of retirement, once again, to grace us with his presence. This time around, the Hip-Hop mogul is giving back to those less fortunate. Mr. Carter is broadcasting his Madison Square Garden LIVE on FUSE. The sold-out show, Answer The Call, will be airing tonight at 9 pm EST.  All proceeds from the show  will be donated to The Children’s Fund and to the widows of fallen police officers and firefighters.
