Well looks like Ms. Knowles, finally did it. After what seemed like years of rumors that the two were headed for divorce, Tina Knowles has set the wheels in motion. Maybe Tina couldn’t take the rumors of Matthew’s alleged affair with that woman earlier this year. How does WifeyType know for sure? Well just look at the document below and judge for yourself.

Last Night’s Grammy nomination ceremony seemed to have a lot of repeats. Beyonce, Lady GaGa, The Black Eyed Peas and Taylor Swift were this year’s top contenders.

However, Mrs. Carter AKA Mrs. Put a Ring on It, was  niminated for 10 Grammy Awards! This was definitely Beyonce’s year and eve though Taylor Swift swept the AMAs, we’re thinking that Beyonce will take home most of the awards this year.

The Grammys airs on January 31  on CBS.

Last night,  Beyonce’s video Video Phone featuring Lady Gaga hit the internet! The song is a definite hit. The video shows both Beyonce and Lady Gaga at their best. It’s great to see Beyonce make a video with color and with more depth than what she’s been doing lately. The video is cute and fierce. I could have done without the flashing screens, but overall it’s a great video. Lady Gaga held her own and looks stunning! These two are definitely the hottest women in the industry right now!

Shocking news rocks the Knowles family. Z-list actress Alexsandra Wright (pictured above) has named Matthew Knowles the father of her baby. Wright is 6 months pregnant and proclaims that she is 100 percent certain that Matthew Knowles is the father of her child.

Wright filed the paternity case against Knowles in LA County Superior Court this past week. 

According to TMZ, Wright appeared in an  episode of  the hit show Scrubs titled “My 15 Minutes” (2001).

Beyonce looked gorgeous in her red dress!

 Alicia Keys  went for a simple yet classy look.

 Joe Jackson’s hat made an appearance and it was definitely styling. Joe Jackson? Not so much.

 Pink and Shakira showed up with the same exact dress! Looks like someone’s going to get fired! Both women looked great!

 J-Lo looked great as usual!

Lady Gaga showed up with Kermit The Frog as her date. This was the the most subtle outfit she wore the entire night. Gaga gets brownie points for creativity.

Perez Hilton looked as though he was getting ready to clean his bathroom.

 Solange Knowles looked well… If you blinked, you probably missed her VMA “performance” right after big sis Beyonce.

Just give P. Diddy a top hat and call him Mr. Peanut!

Okay, that’s nothing new. Just when I thought this year’s MTV Video Music Awards were going to be calm. Newcomer Taylor Swift was in the middle of her acceptance speech for “Best Female Video”, when West jumped on the stage. West rudely interrupted Swift, took her microphone and proceeded to pledge that Beyonce had the best video.  West scurried off stage as he was greeted by an array of boos. When will these award shows learn NOT to invite this guy to events? Congrats Taylor on your first MTV Video Music Award.

Beyonce, a flawless princess, gave a wonderful tribute to the King of Pop at the BET Awards.

Beyonce is the ultimate wifeytype, one minute partnering with Hamburger Helper and the Feeding America org and the next, chilling with her hubby.

Beyonce kicks off her North American tour at Madison Square Garden with her husband Jay Z.

Mrs. Carter has also earned the title of the richest star in R&B.  She pulled in $80 million and Justin Timberlake is a distant second with $44 million.

Jay Z and Beyonce out celebrating their six month anniversary, from the look on Beyonce face, it doesn’t seem the marriage will last.

Beyonce plays legendary singer Etta James in the upcoming flick Cadillac Records. The film, slated for release on December 5, examines the rise and fall of the legendary Chicago-based blues-and-R&B label Chess Records during the 1950s. The film also stars Mos Def and Gabrielle Union.

He is partnering with the  UN to find and help keep  water sources clean for underprivileged communities. That is a good look.
